Executive Assistant

Upward On is partnering with a privately held real estate ownership and management company to identify an Executive Assistant to join its Midtown Manhattan office. This hands-on role supports the Principal and office while serving as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, combining executive support, receptionist duties, general administration, and light property management coordination. The ideal candidate is warm, polished, organized, and an excellent communicator who enjoys keeping an office running smoothly.
