Executive Assistant

The Executive Assistant provides efficient and confidential administrative support to the Executive at Abbott's Istanbul location within the Established Pharmaceuticals Division. This role involves managing complex calendars, coordinating global travel, and preparing high-standard documents and presentations. The position serves as a key point of contact between the Executive, stakeholders, and external parties while tracking projects and handling expense reports.
