Executive Assistant

This role serves as a strategic partner to multiple Vice Presidents, facilitating efficient operations and acting as a vital communication link between departments, stakeholders, and executives. The position requires a high degree of confidentiality, professional judgment, and a proactive mindset to support both assigned executives and the broader leadership team. The Executive Assistant will manage complex calendars, handle general administrative tasks, coordinate meetings and travel, and provide project support in a fast-paced office environment.
