Insomniac is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide critical administrative support to two executives, managing complex calendars, coordinating logistics, and handling confidential communications. The role requires a proactive problem solver with exceptional organizational skills to manage travel arrangements, project execution, and event support in a fast-paced music industry environment. This fully in-person position involves travel to various locations and requires flexibility to work during holidays, evenings, and weekends.
