The Executive Assistant provides high-level executive, administrative, logistical, and personal support to the Lead Pastor at Change Church, ensuring effective operations across ministry, marketplace, and travel responsibilities. This role involves strategic calendar management, complex logistics coordination, and acting as a trusted partner to anticipate needs and maintain appropriate boundaries. The position requires exceptional discretion, emotional intelligence, and the ability to manage competing priorities while representing the Pastoral Office with professionalism.
