Executive Assistant

This role involves providing high-level executive, administrative, and operational support to the Director of Engineering within a global mining OEM. The position requires managing the Director's calendar, coordinating leadership meetings, and handling travel and expense reports while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships. It is a 30-hour per week, in-office contract role with potential for future full-time transition.
