This role serves as a trusted partner to the CEO and Utah-based executives, managing complex calendars, travel, and communications while anticipating needs and solving problems in a fast-paced environment. The Executive Assistant will coordinate board meetings, handle sensitive information with discretion, and oversee office operations including vendor management and office programs. This full-time, on-site position is based in Park City, Utah, with a planned transition to Heber City in 2027 and requires approximately 10% travel.
