Executive Assistant

The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative and organizational support to the Chief Financial Officer, Chief Information Officer, and Vice President of Accounting while serving as the primary office administrator for the Post Road offices. This role involves coordinating executive schedules, facilitating communications, supporting key business initiatives, and managing highly confidential information with discretion. The position requires exceptional organizational and communication skills to ensure the seamless execution of daily operations and administrative functions across the Finance, Accounting, and Information Technology departments.
