About this role

This role supports the Executive Team (ExCom) by proactively managing calendars, optimizing time management, and assisting with strategic revenue initiatives. The ideal candidate will serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external requests, requiring strong multitasking, prioritization, and confidentiality skills. Based in Kuala Lumpur, the position reports to the VP of Governance & Strategy with functional alignment to the ExCom.

Responsibilities

Proactively manage calendars and optimize time management for the Executive Team
Coordinate complex domestic and international travel arrangements and manage expense reports
Partner with the Executive Team to ensure key business objectives and revenue priorities are met
