Executive Assistant

The Executive Assistant provides comprehensive administrative and project support to the Miami Metropolitan Area Command Leadership and the Development Department. This role involves coordinating meetings, managing donor acknowledgments, overseeing employee giving campaigns, and ensuring accurate dictation for Major's. The position requires maintaining confidentiality, facilitating internal events, and serving as a key point of contact for various stakeholders.
