Executive Assistant

The Executive Assistant provides high-level, confidential, and proactive support to the President and other senior leaders, serving as a trusted representative of the Office of the President. This role manages executive scheduling, communications, meeting preparation, board and leadership support, travel, expenses, and follow-through on key priorities. The ideal candidate demonstrates exceptional judgment, discretion, organization, and communication to optimize the President's time and support effective decision-making.
