Executive Assistant

This role provides confidential, proactive support to the Chief Investment Officer, Chief Legal Officer, and Chief Financial Officer by managing schedules, meetings, communications, and sensitive information. The position involves coordinating complex executive calendars, preparing briefing materials, and handling confidential legal, finance, and governance documents. It also requires arranging travel, events, and expenses while liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
