Executive Assistant

This role provides high-level, proactive, and confidential executive support to executive leadership, enabling effective prioritization, communication, and decision preparation across the Costa Rica site and global organization. The position operates with substantial independence in a fast-paced, highly regulated medical device manufacturing environment, serving as a key liaison with senior leaders, associates, visitors, and external stakeholders. The role involves managing complex calendars, coordinating travel and meetings, preparing executive communications, and supporting strategic site initiatives.
