Executive Assistant

John Bell Construction, Inc. is seeking a sharp, proactive, and highly organized Executive Assistant to the President to serve as a trusted right hand in a fast-growing, Miami-based general contracting firm. This hands-on role involves managing the President's active calendar, coordinating meetings and communications, tracking commitments, and supporting business operations, construction project follow-up, and client relationships.
