Executive Assistant

This role provides comprehensive administrative support to multiple senior leaders within DDAI, ensuring their time is managed effectively to enhance visibility and accessibility to the business and customers. The position involves coordinating office functions, managing diaries and travel, processing expenses and invoices, and acting as a backup to the Executive Assistant to the Chief DDAI Officer. The ideal candidate will facilitate smooth operations through proactive planning, relationship management, and high-level administrative coordination.
