Executive Assistant

The Executive Assistant supports the President, VP of Patient Services, and Assistant Administrator in managing daily administrative operations to enable strategic leadership and patient care delivery. This role involves coordinating complex schedules, managing high-level communications, and overseeing critical administrative workflows across multiple hospital locations. The position requires exceptional organizational skills and the ability to maintain strict confidentiality while serving as a liaison between leadership and stakeholders.
