Executive Assistant

The Executive Assistant supports the CEO, COO/Board Secretary, and the broader Executive Team at First National Bank of America, managing complex calendars, communications, and board-related tasks to ensure leaders can focus on strategic priorities. This role requires handling sensitive information, coordinating meetings, and preparing executive materials with a high degree of judgment and confidentiality.
