Executive Assistant

This in-office role provides high-level administrative and strategic support to the Executive Vice President of Media Systems, focusing on time management, complex scheduling, and cross-functional coordination. The position will initially support one EVP but is expected to expand to support up to two additional SVPs/EVPs as the Product & Technology organization evolves. The ideal candidate is a proactive, meticulous, and highly organized problem solver with strong communication skills.
