Executive Assistant

The Executive Assistant provides trusted, responsive, and confidential support to the General Counsel, Company Secretary, and the ALS Board, while also assisting the CEO and CFO when in Australia. This role involves coordinating executive administration, managing Board meetings, and overseeing office operations to ensure the corporate office runs efficiently. The position requires managing complex diaries, travel, and stakeholder communications across multiple time zones within a global, ASX-listed organization.
