Executive Assistant

John Bell Construction, Inc. is seeking a proactive and highly organized Executive Assistant to the President to manage a complex calendar, coordinate meetings and communications, and support business operations and construction project follow-up. The role involves handling executive administration, client relationships, events, and occasional personal matters while maintaining confidentiality and ensuring important details are not overlooked. The ideal candidate will anticipate needs, solve problems independently, and take ownership of assignments from start to finish.
