The Executive Assistant supports the CFO Enterprise and leadership team within Enterprise Finance, managing complex diaries, inboxes, and commitments while coordinating meetings, travel, and events. This full-time, permanent role requires strong organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and excellent communication abilities to provide seamless executive support. The position is based in the Sydney office with peak periods aligned to key Finance reporting cycles.
