Executive Assistant

The Executive Assistant provides senior-level administrative support to two executives in the Dallas office, managing calendars, correspondence, travel, and expense reports. The role requires exceptional discretion, sound judgment, and the ability to anticipate needs while maintaining confidentiality and supporting fundraising efforts. This position involves coordinating with internal teams, external contacts, and Ministry Friends to ensure smooth executive operations.
