Executive Assistant

The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative support to the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer, managing their priorities, schedules, meetings, and communications. The role also coordinates leadership team initiatives, maintains organizational processes like contract administration and physician scheduling, and ensures effective follow-up on executive commitments.
