Executive Assistant

The Executive Assistant supports the CEO, CFO, CNO, and other executive leaders at Parkview Regional Hospital by coordinating administrative functions, managing confidential communications, and facilitating the efficient operation of the executive office. This role involves assisting with board meeting preparation, calendar management, event coordination, and the maintenance of executive records. The position provides high-level administrative support to the executive team and acts as a liaison between administration, department leadership, and external contacts.
