Executive Assistant

The National Aquarium is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to the Executive Office, ensuring consistent executive-level support and office administration. The role involves serving as a liaison for constituencies, managing special projects, and partnering with the Board Liaison to ensure seamless alignment between the Executive Office and the Boards. Reporting to the President & CEO, this position works cross-functionally to provide internal and external support and service.
