Executive Assistant

The Executive Assistant provides executive and administrative support to the CFO and Executive Director of Corporate Services, anticipating needs and managing priorities to ensure executives are well-informed and organized. This role acts as a key liaison with internal and external stakeholders, coordinating communications, meeting management, and governance requirements. The position also supports the Finance Department and Corporate Services through administrative coordination, reporting, and information management.
