Executive Assistant

This role provides highly responsible, confidential, and technically complex executive-level administrative support to the City Administrator and Mayor. The position involves managing calendars, coordinating meetings and travel, handling public disclosure requests, and overseeing departmental records and financial documents. The incumbent acts as a liaison between the Executive Office, city officials, and the public while ensuring efficient office operations.
