The Executive Associate supports the Executive Director of API Legal Outreach in both development and legal case work, providing administrative, client intake, translation, data entry, fundraising, and outreach assistance across the San Francisco and East Bay offices. The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, a commitment to social justice, and the ability to interact with diverse stakeholders.
Legal Outreach is a New York City-based non-profit organization that provides law-based educational programs to low-income, urban youth from under-resourced neighborhoods. Founded in 1983, the organization offers programs such as the Summer Law Institute, College Bound, and Civic Engagement to help students achieve academic excellence, develop career aspirations, and gain the skills needed to matriculate to competitive colleges. Legal Outreach also engages law firms, corporations, attorneys, and volunteers to mentor and support its 400+ first-generation, low-income students.
