About this role

The Executive Chef provides strategic culinary leadership for all campus dining operations at Salisbury University, overseeing menu development, food production, safety compliance, staff supervision, and quality control across residential, retail, and catering venues. This full‑time, exempt role reports to the Director of Dining Services and is responsible for ensuring high‑quality food service, student satisfaction, and fiscal responsibility.
