Executive Chef

This role is responsible for creating annual budgets and leading the unit in forecasting and cost controls to meet financial goals. The position involves overseeing departments to ensure production, fabrication, and quality adhere to specifications while maintaining a clean, hazard-free work area compliant with health and safety guidelines. The role requires direct support and enforcement of initiatives given by the Food & Beverage Director.
