Executive Chef

The Executive Chef is accountable for the quality, consistency, and production of the restaurant kitchen at Lilac, a Michelin-starred Mediterranean restaurant at The Tampa EDITION. This role involves leading the culinary staff, managing food-related functions, and ensuring compliance with sanitation and food standards while maintaining the operating budget. The position requires developing menus, coordinating purchasing and staffing, and fostering guest and employee satisfaction through exceptional service and team training.
