Executive Chef

W Edinburgh is seeking an Executive Chef to lead the kitchen team and oversee all culinary operations, including the SUSHISAMBA restaurant, room service, W Lounge, and meetings and events. This role involves managing kitchen policies, developing new menus, and ensuring the highest standards of food quality and hygiene. The Executive Chef will collaborate with management to drive team development, maintain financial targets, and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
