Executive Chef

The Executive Chef serves as the senior culinary leader for Nexus in Middlesex County, overseeing all back-of-house food operations across a multi-outlet facility including a full-service restaurant, concessions, and catering. This role is responsible for setting the culinary vision, developing a high-performance kitchen team, and ensuring exceptional guest experiences through menu engineering, cost controls, and strict food safety compliance. The position requires managing the culinary P&L, maintaining procurement standards, and collaborating with front-of-house and venue operations to deliver business results.
