Executive Clinic Director

The Executive Clinic Director serves as the on-site administrative leader for a Tribally owned wellness clinic in Perris, CA, providing operational, clinical, and administrative leadership for an Opioid Treatment Program and integrated primary care services. This role is accountable for regulatory compliance, accreditation readiness, patient access and retention, staff performance, and financial results at the site level. The position works in a dyad leadership model with the Medical Director to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care while maintaining compliance and organizational effectiveness.
