Executive Dean of Advising and Student Success

The Executive Dean of Advising and Student Success provides high-level leadership for advising and retention efforts at Skagit Valley College, reporting directly to the Vice President of Student Services. This role oversees student-focused departments and support programs, including the Counseling and Advising Center, TRiO, and Disability Access Services, to advance student success outcomes. The position is responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive integrated advising and retention practices that align with institutional priorities and evidence-based frameworks.
