Executive Director, Business Intelligence

Under the direction of the Chief Financial Officer, this role provides analytic and reimbursement expertise to support financial and operational reporting, strategic initiatives, and business ventures. The position leads an analytics and strategy team, collaborates with senior management and IT to leverage data for business intelligence, and oversees reporting processes to inform business strategy and improve financial performance. The role also involves managing departmental resources, developing staff, and ensuring regulatory compliance and data accuracy.
