Executive Director, Capital Planning & Construction

The Executive Director of Capital Planning & Construction provides leadership and oversight for campus planning, capital development, renovation projects, and future planning for all Tarleton campuses. This role serves as the primary liaison between campus stakeholders and the University's third-party program management partner, ensuring projects align with institutional priorities, budgets, and schedules. The position supports long-range planning initiatives and assists in the development of capital budgets and implementation plans.
