Executive Director, Clinical Compliance

Structure Therapeutics is seeking a strategic and motivated Executive Director, Clinical Compliance to lead clinical compliance and operational readiness across early and late-phase clinical development programs. This role focuses on Phase 3 readiness, inspection planning, and regulatory inspections while establishing scalable, risk-based processes to ensure consistent execution and continuous inspection readiness. The position reports to the Senior Vice President, Clinical Development Operations and partners closely with multiple cross-functional teams to drive compliance and operational excellence.
