Executive Director, Clinical Operations

Xaira Therapeutics is seeking an Executive Director, Clinical Operations to establish and lead the clinical operations function as its first programs move from IND into the clinic. This founding leadership role is accountable for the operational strategy, delivery, quality, and cost of the clinical portfolio, requiring a leader who can set strategy and execute directly. The position involves building the team, defining the operating model, and overseeing study delivery from start-up through database lock.
