Executive Director, Development Innovation & Enablement

The Executive Director, Development Innovation & Enablement is a senior leadership role within the Division of Development and Alumni Relations responsible for identifying, building, and implementing new approaches that improve fundraising effectiveness, strengthen donor engagement, and increase organizational productivity. The position leads a small team focused on practical innovation using artificial intelligence, automation, and emerging digital tools to support fundraisers and advancement professionals. This hands-on leadership role involves setting strategy and directly designing, testing, and improving solutions to move ideas from concept to working implementation.
