Executive Director, Diversity

The Executive Director of Diversity provides strategic leadership and oversight for the Diversity function within the People line, translating organizational strategy into actionable plans that strengthen talent acquisition, leadership development, and employee engagement. This role involves leading the Diversity team, driving results through influence across a matrixed organization, and serving on the National Leadership Team. The position requires fostering a culture of inclusion, measuring the impact of diversity initiatives, and collaborating with senior leadership to advance InterVarsity's mission.
