About this role
The Executive Director of the Edward Foundation leads the foundation serving Edward Hospital (Naperville, IL) and is responsible for overall leadership of the foundation's fundraising and philanthropic strategy in alignment with system priorities. The role reports to the Chief Development Officer and serves as the primary representative to foundation and system boards and community stakeholders. This position oversees foundation operations and partnerships to support revenue goals and long-term philanthropic impact.
