About this role

The Executive Director, Entertainment Production leads senior-level operations for all entertainment, production, and audiovisual functions across Hard Rock Las Vegas. This role develops strategic programming for live events, concerts, and special occasions while managing complex budgets, vendor contracts, and cross-functional teams to ensure operational excellence and revenue growth. The leader partners with various departments including Marketing, Food & Beverage, and Security to deliver high-quality guest experiences and support overall resort objectives.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute entertainment strategy to support brand positioning and revenue growth
Provide executive oversight of live events, concerts, and production operations across the resort
Oversee contract administration, budget development, and financial forecasting for entertainment functions
Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless event delivery and operational excellence
Lead and mentor entertainment leaders while managing vendor and artist relationships
