About this role
The Executive Director, Expanded Access & Phase 4 Clinical Strategy will lead the end-to-end strategy, design, and execution of Expanded Access Programs and Phase 4 studies across MindMed’s portfolio. This role ensures programs are scientifically sound, operationally feasible, regulator-ready, and aligned with asset lifecycle, real-world evidence generation, and post-approval commitments. The position requires strategic leadership combined with hands-on execution and cross-functional collaboration across clinical, regulatory, medical affairs, and commercial teams.
