Executive Director, External & SEC Reporting, Mobility - Onsite Reston, VA

The Executive Director, External & SEC Reporting is a senior finance leader responsible for overseeing all external financial reporting for S&P Global Mobility, including SEC filings, consolidated financial statements, and global statutory reporting. The role ensures compliance with U.S. GAAP, SEC regulations, and internal control requirements, partnering closely with the CAO, CFO, Legal, Investor Relations, and Audit. This position supports the company’s transition to a standalone public company and is based onsite in Reston/Centreville, VA.
