About this role
The Executive Director of Facility Services provides strategic leadership and operational oversight for all facilities, grounds, maintenance, custodial, utilities, capital projects, and campus infrastructure across Bucks County Community College’s four campuses. The role ensures college facilities are safe, compliant, sustainable, and supportive of the institution’s mission while partnering with executive leadership and campus departments. The position reports to the Chief Operating Officer and serves as the primary advisor on facilities investment, planning, and infrastructure stewardship.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Business, or related field
- Master’s Degree (Preferred)
- APPA-Certified Educational Facilities Professional (CEFP) (Preferred)
- Certified Facilities Manager (CFM) (Preferred)
- Facilities Management Professional (FMP) (Preferred)
