About this role

The Executive Director, Field Operations Strategy & Excellence provides enterprise leadership for the design, deployment, and performance of Travere’s customer-facing commercial field organization. This role establishes the field model to support current and future portfolio growth while ensuring field investments translate into measurable business and patient impact. The position owns field force strategy, structure, targeting, performance analytics, incentive compensation, and launch deployment planning.
