Develop and implement global intellectual property strategy for biotech products
Manage patent portfolio and direct outside counsel in application prosecution
Conduct freedom to operate and validity analyses for new products
Counsel R&D teams on IP issues during collaborations and licensing transactions
Support IP due diligence for business development and financing activities
