About this role

Immatics is seeking a strategic leader to establish and direct the IT Commercial & Patient Operations function, enabling the US commercial launch strategy and driving IT launch milestones. This role serves as the bridge between the US Commercial organization and global IT, translating functional needs into an executable technology portfolio. The position involves owning the end-to-end IT Commercial and Medical Affairs roadmap while managing dependencies across vendors, stakeholders, and global teams.
