Executive Director, Lifecycle & Engagement

The Executive Director, Lifecycle & Engagement will define the strategy for email and owned channels to build meaningful, long-term customer relationships and drive business growth across Hearst Magazines' iconic media portfolio. This role involves shaping the newsletter portfolio, building scalable lifecycle marketing programs, and partnering with cross-functional teams to enhance audience engagement and retention. The position requires leading a team of six and fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
